- A decrease in this index indicates improvement.
- This index accounts for the time it takes to fall asleep, feeling sleep was not quiet, feeling rested in the morning, awakening due to shortness of breath, feeling drowsy during the day, having difficulty falling asleep, and difficulty staying asleep.
Antioch University – examining reduction of pandemic-related stress for health workers using telehealth yoga during the initial phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. Statistically significant reduction in anxiety, depression, insomnia and PTSD symptoms.
